This home is perhaps the newest on Llandaff. Its land was sold in September of 1984 by Martin Cappelletti to the Pavone family for $15,000, who took out a permit for construction in 1987. In 1988, it was put on the market for $234,900, and was later lowered by January to $224,900. It was sold to the Ferills in June for $215,000.
